shims/super/cc: fix linker flag parsing
Our parsing of linker flags can be easily confused by, e.g.,

    -Wl,-undefined -Wl,dynamic_lookup,-dead_strip_dylibs

The current code that tries to detect these flags will erroneously
conclude that they were not passed.

This change fixes that.

Homebrew Ruby API

This is the API for Homebrew.

The main class you should look at is the {Formula} class (and classes linked from there). That's the class that's used to create Homebrew formulae (i.e. package descriptions). Assume anything else you stumble upon is private.

You may also find the Formula Cookbook and Ruby Style Guide helpful in creating formulae.

Good luck!
