livecheck: Fix debug strategy info printing 
The `ExtractPlist` strategy doesn't return certain values (e.g.,
`:url`), so it's necessary to also ensure these values are present
before printing related debug info. Without these changes, we end up
printing info for a blank value (e.g., "URL (strategy):").

Homebrew Ruby API

This is the API for Homebrew.

The main class you should look at is the {Formula} class (and classes linked from there). That's the class that's used to create Homebrew formulae (i.e. package descriptions). Assume anything else you stumble upon is private.

You may also find the Formula Cookbook and Ruby Style Guide helpful in creating formulae.
