version: use T.unsafe for https://srb.help/7019 
In some configurations, Sorbet gets upset by the `version.to_json` call
in `Library/Homebrew/version.rb`. This is because Sorbet's splat
support is lacking and it cannot handle the `*options` argument when it
does not know the size.

Homebrew Ruby API

This is the API for Homebrew.

The main class you should look at is the {Formula} class (and classes linked from there). That's the class that's used to create Homebrew formulae (i.e. package descriptions). Assume anything else you stumble upon is private.

You may also find the Formula Cookbook and Ruby Style Guide helpful in creating formulae.
