Jack Nagel 8135ed6528 superenv: allow -W[alp], style arguments to pass through 
We already (correctly) allow -Wl, style linker arguments to pass
through; extend this to -Wp, (preprocessor) and -Wa, (assembler).

Fixes Homebrew/homebrew#17252.
