Adam Vandenberg a5e969dfb5 superenv: make HOMEBREW_FILE available ...

Superenv scripts have a stripped PATH, which may not include
the brew binary itself. Make this explicitly available to
superenv scripts.

Fixes bsdmake wrapper.
