Fixes error seen in Homebrew/homebrew-core#138452. `DevelopmentTools.default_compiler` can return a `Symbol` like `:clang`. Make sure its result can be fed to `DevelopmentTools.locate`. Signed-off-by: Ruoyu Zhong <zhongruoyu@outlook.com>
