3287c5f388 test: add missing require "timeout" 
When the timeout exception is propagated backed from `safe_fork`,
it requires "timeout" to restore the exception.

b61528e757 Save and restore ENV around test invocations 
This prevents mutations that happen in individual tests from leaking
into other tests.
