Use JSON.pretty_generate 
It's dramatically more human readable for very little difference in

28f3dae8cd rename CoreFormulaRepository to CoreTap 
Core tap will be separated from core code in the near future.
It makes sense to rename it to CoreTap.

e4de6907fd tap-info: tweak output for two edge cases 
Improve output in the (rare) cases where a tap offers both commands and
formulae or neither. Also adjust code to stay below the 80 column limit.

Closes Homebrew/homebrew#44995.
