Handle casks in commands more consistently. 
- Ensure the usage documentation always mentions casks when appropriate
- Use --formulae or --casks consistently
- Provide --formulae and --casks switches to upgrade
- Mark more switches as conflicting

remove extra command output when running brew list -v <formula> 
`brew list -v <formula>` is used to list all files inside formula's keg.

However since 70b93f65eab70cd84d221059a2864a52202df141, an extra
`find /usr/local/Cellar/<formula>/<version> -not -type d -print` will be
printed out. Fix the problem by using `system_command!` instead of
`safe_system`.

70b93f65ea
*cmd/*: use *system instead of exec for easier testing. 
This improves both test coverage, makes it easier to use a profiler and
a debugger.

f8f77ea52d cmd/list: add common ls options. 
We need to manually specify these now so let's add a few that we'd
either previously documented or we've caught being used in the wild and
adjust the documentation accordingly.

acf1b278ae List cask full-names 
`brew cask list` supports the `--full-name` flag which will include the tap
name for casks not part of the core caskroom/cask tap. For example, if
cask "foo-beta" is installed from the caskroom/versions cask, `brew cask
list --full-name` will report the name as "caskroom/versions/foo-beta".

25396d9c4d Install tap command completions and manpages 
Taps can include completion scripts for external commands under
`completions/bash`, `completions/fish`, or `completions/zsh`. `brew tap`
will automatically install these into the correct directories during
install.
