Don't use Linuxbrew/homebrew-core (yet, at least).

Browse Source 
This can't be tapped on vanilla Homebrew/brew because things like e.g.
`GlibcRequirement` are missing. We will put this back when the Linuxbrew
to Homebrew migration is complete.
