Quick Install to /usr/local

Make it a sudo one-liner Rationale: if you want complete control then you will most likely not like the `sudo chown -R` step as it's nuts.

Better README copy Removed requirements. If they want to know this stuff then read the verbose instructions. Or just try to run brew, it'll complain.

Okay then, but please note this installs Homebrew as root and
[we recommend against that][sudo].

Smoothing out the README We are more Markdown compliant, but it's still too verbose IMO.

But what packages are available?

Before installing you can

After installing, you can use `brew search` to find packages or `brew server`
to browse packages off of a local web server.
